Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the branch manager to reach the company's annual sales target;
2. Responsible for the market management work of the branch company, including marketing plan, budget management, advertising support and implementation (outdoors, newspapers and soft article releases, etc.), promoting effective field marketing activities, and supporting the headquarters brand and marketing strategy
3. Planning, implementation and feedback of promotional activities (including: routine, major holidays and channel promotion support, etc.);

8. Provide professional market data and analysis support to make marketing and sales decisions for the region;
9. Improvement and optimization of business processes in regional markets.
10. Implement the headquarters' new product strategy, formulate field new product sampling plans, new product promotion strategies, terminal display plans, training plans, incentive plans, etc., and smoothly promote the implementation.

1. 3 years or above marketing management experience, bachelor degree or above, major in marketing;

任職資格:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,專業(yè)不限;
2、有優(yōu)秀的談判技巧、溝通銷售技能;
3、有廚電、熱水器、家居或建材行業(yè)的銷售、業(yè)務(wù)拓展經(jīng)驗(yàn),以及合伙人儲備庫,熟悉區(qū)域,優(yōu)先考慮有品牌方工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)人選;
4、團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),有活力,有沖勁,抗壓能力強(qiáng),能吃苦耐勞,有責(zé)任心。

1、2年以上廚電/家電行業(yè)相關(guān)市場工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);

3、新媒體文案、傳統(tǒng)稿件(公關(guān)文、發(fā)言稿等)、PPT全得玩得轉(zhuǎn)!
4、熟練操作日常辦公軟件,學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)且膽大心細(xì),數(shù)據(jù)能力強(qiáng);
5、較好的工作執(zhí)行力,善于溝通交流,抗壓能力好。
