Job Responsibilities：
1. Assist the branch manager to reach the company's annual sales target;
2. Responsible for the market management work of the branch company, including marketing plan, budget management, advertising support and implementation (outdoors, newspapers and soft article releases, etc.), promoting effective field marketing activities, and supporting the headquarters brand and marketing strategy
3. Planning, implementation and feedback of promotional activities (including: routine, major holidays and channel promotion support, etc.);

5. Assist branch companies to implement the promotion of new products on the ground, and effectively improve the regional product structure and sales quality;
6. The formulation and progress of the competition response strategy;
7. Responsible for the development of the business capabilities of the market positions in the region, and promote the improvement of business processes and systems;
8. Provide professional market data and analysis support to make marketing and sales decisions for the region;
9. Improvement and optimization of business processes in regional markets.
10. Implement the headquarters' new product strategy, formulate field new product sampling plans, new product promotion strategies, terminal display plans, training plans, incentive plans, etc., and smoothly promote the implementation.

任職資格:

3、有廚電、熱水器、家居或建材行業(yè)的銷售、業(yè)務拓展經(jīng)驗，以及合伙人儲備庫，熟悉區(qū)域，優(yōu)先考慮有品牌方工作經(jīng)驗人選；

工作職責:

崗位職責
1、負責客戶的接待、咨詢；

1. 負責礦產(chǎn)項目部的日常經(jīng)營和管理，完成公司下達的目標；

任職要求：
1. 地質(zhì)采礦相關(guān)專業(yè)大學本科及以上學歷；
2. 年齡在30-45歲之間，具有8年以上工作經(jīng)驗，3年以上礦業(yè)相關(guān)崗位工作經(jīng)驗；
3. 英語良好，口語流利，與外籍同事客戶交流無障礙；
4. 熟悉行業(yè)的市場動態(tài)，了解礦區(qū)開采、加工生產(chǎn)流程，具有較強的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營管理能力；
5. 較強的領(lǐng)導決策能力、計劃與執(zhí)行能力、溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、組織能力、外聯(lián)公關(guān)能力、綜合分析能力、判斷力、及突發(fā)事件處理能力；
工作職責:
1.根據(jù)項目信息，收集必要的地質(zhì)、地形、經(jīng)濟等區(qū)域資料；
2.通過對獲得的地質(zhì)資料分析，參與編制勘察報告，繪制地質(zhì)圖件。
3.現(xiàn)場管理，督促、檢查施工隊按照要求規(guī)范作業(yè)
4.現(xiàn)場的簡單協(xié)調(diào)、管理工作
5.根據(jù)制定試驗方案取樣送檢
任職要求：
1.全日制大學本科以上學歷，取得地質(zhì)工程學專業(yè)學位
2.身體健康，能接受長時間野外工作
3.熟練掌握地質(zhì)勘探、測繪常用器具、軟件
4.具有較好的人際協(xié)調(diào)能力和溝通能力，有較好的文字表達能力和口頭表達能力。
5.基本技能要求：熟悉企業(yè)情況，熟悉施工材料，具備良好的職業(yè)道德，無不良行為記錄。
